You can return most items for a refund within 30 days of delivery. To begin the return process send us an e-mail to email@example.com for proper return authorization. Be sure to include your name, e-mail address, order number and the reason for your return so we can assist you as quickly as possible. Any returns without valid return authorization will be refused and no refund will be given.
Items for return must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted and return shipping costs are the responsibility of and must be prepaid by the customer. Items that have been used or removed from their original packaging cannot be returned. If your item is damaged or defective, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.
Once your return is received it will be processed and inspected by our returns department. Upon completion of the inspection refund will be processed to your original payment method for merchandise returned, minus original shipping charges. You will not be charged any re-stocking fee, but original shipping charges are non-refundable.
