Order processing takes 2-3 business days from the time your order is placed. All orders are shipped via UPS. We ship on Monday - Friday excluding holidays. We do not ship or deliver on weekends. We ship using UPS Ground from NY State, depending on the destination, delivery can take up to five (5) business days (Saturday and Sunday do not count as days since UPS does not consider those days in transit). NOTE: UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes, please provide a physical street address for shipping. If a PO Box is provided your order will be put on hold and you will be contacted for an alternate address.
Order cancellation requests will be honored to the best of our ability. If an order cancellation request is received after the order has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Orders will be scheduled to arrive by end of day (UPS considers end of day by 8pm). Unfortunately, we cannot set a specified delivery time and we cannot include specific delivery notes or requests. During the holidays, packages can arrive as late as 10pm.
BumpTek contracts with a third-party shipping vendor (UPS) to deliver your package. As such BumpTek can only guarantee that your order will be ready for shipment and tendered to UPS. We cannot guarantee the arrival date. Certain circumstances such as weather or address issues can delay the pickup or arrival of your package. We will be happy to work with you and UPS to resolve any delays that occur, however, BumpTek cannot refund any part of your order as a result of shipping delays, incorrect addresses or incorrect deliveries. Please be sure to include any apartment number, suite number or company name to avoid incorrect addresses or deliveries.
